It doesn't install!

Make sure you have installed the .NET Framework 2 and try again in a couple of minutes. If it still doesn't work visit this link, download the latest version, unzip and run it from your desktop.

The program runs but it doesn't make graphs!

Make sure you have enabled the chat history option in Windows Live Messenger. If you had it disabled the program will only make graphs starting the day that you enabled it.

I use more than one computer. What can I do?

Right now you can't do anything to combine both data. I have something planned for a future version to solve this issue.

What does *this* setting mean?

I have N/A in my graph. Why?

This is because your friend has a nickname that you have used. To see his email right-click in his wave and click "View ID"

What should I do if Windows Live Messenger message history limit is reached?

You should choose 'Save Older Messages' and save the file in the same folder (WLM chat history folder) and starting with the same name as the main chat file. For example if the main chat file name is "Friend705308274.xml" you should save it with something like "Friend705308274 Old 1.xml"

Why don't make an online application for this?

Because that would mean you would have to send your chat history files over the internet. You don't want that, right? besides the graph generation requires a lot of CPU power that would be very expensive to provide.

Why don't you make a mac version?

I don't have time to do it. If enough people donate I may be able to look at this sometime in the future.
